Special Announcement

The Cheshire, undergoing a multi-million dollar restoration, just announced that they will feature a British Literary Theme for all guest rooms. The concept was selected to pay homage to the property’s British heritage and to continue the tradition of themed rooms which the hotel is known for. The 108 completely renovated guestrooms and suites will be themed featuring a British author, poet or playwright. Inside the room guests will discover a small plaque with the biography of the writer accompanied by a hard back copy of their work. The Novelty Suite Collection will showcase custom furniture, artwork and décor to bring some of the most notable pieces of British literature to life such as Ian Fleming’s “James Bond,” William Shakespeare’s “Romeo & Juliet” as well as E.M. Foster’s “Passage to India.” The new chapter for The Cheshire will begin this summer.
