The Cheshire will remain open at this time and will continue to accept new reservations. The safety and security of our guests and employees remains our highest priority. In response to COVID-19, we are providing limited services. If you have any questions about what services are available, please contact the hotel directly. Thank you for your understanding.

We understand that our guest have many concerns on their mind during this difficult time, but we do ask that if a cancellation or refund is necessary, please alert the hotel at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

We are committed to the safety and health of all of our travelers. With Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) concerns running rampant, we are staying ahead of the industry by implementing aggressive protocols. Switching to a Hospital Grade cleaner to be used in every area of the hotel was our first change. We have focused attention to high touch points as well as increased frequencies to these touch points.

The anxiety caused by (COVID-19) also weighs on the mind of our staff. Their dedication to disinfecting is not just for your safety, but theirs as well. With that, we know our team is working twice as hard for everyone’s safety!

Your health remains our highest priority during this Covid-19 pandemic. We have taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize your room prior to your arrival.

Out of an abundance of caution, we will not enter and service your room during your stay. However, if you wish to have your room serviced, simply call the Front Desk and we can get you towels or any other amenities you may need.

To minimize this inconvenience, we are offering Grab-and-Go options for breakfast. For breakfast, simply come down to the breakfast nook across from the front desk where we will have a prepared continental Grab-and-Go for you. Breakfast will be offered from 6am-10am daily.

Dinner service will be offered through Basso at the times listed below. To place an order To-Go or to be delivered to the desk, please order through www.basso-stl.com or by calling 314-932-7820. If you wish to dine-in, we encourage guests to use the No Wait app through Yelp as we are implementing a 25% capacity during this time. You can join the wait list on the day of your visit. If you have any questions regarding the menu, please call the front desk and we can assist you.

Basso Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 4pm-12am
Friday-Saturday: 4pm-1am
Sunday: 4pm-9pm

In addition, our in-house bar and grill, The Fox and Hounds is open from 5pm-9pm each day.
